Over 10,000 Units

The Community Revitalization & Development Corporation (CRDC) was chartered in 1991 as a non-profit charitable benefit corporation. We have operated continually from that time with its sole purpose being to provide safe, decent and affordable housing to the residents of California and Washington.

We have either developed or assisted in the development of over 10,000 housing units dedicated to those members of our society in need of affordable housing.
